McCain wants to keep medicine privatized because his supporters are CEO's of companies that stand to make more money if it stays the way it is...he would be against socializing mortgages too if it wasn't too late, but the mortgage crisis forced him into his position...





If there were (and there will be, if medicine is left privatized) a crisis in the healthcare industry as big as the mortgage meltdown, he'd be backing socialized healthcare too.

jesus would definately agree with a socialized banking. Jesus believed that all of the world's wealth, food, and abundance should be shared with all of his people. If it were up to Jesus, we would all just be one giant nation of happy, healthy people who got along....in a perfect world....
I don't like either but let's get it straight. He is argueing for TEMPORARY and PARTLY socialized mortgages. The problem here was the government pushing loans to people who couldn't afford it in the first place.
No socialised medicine=poor people die, I don't believe that anybody would vote for someone who believes that, even if they are American. If they do I hope they get ill and have a good feeler for what its like.

your not going to win either way on the medicine part. If McCain has his way you will be taxed on health insurance benefits paid by your employer because it is a benefit. That's like taxing the air you breath.
